For information about the 22 single-family house lots available at Sandywoods, please call (401) 846-5114, ext. 13, or e-mail sostiguy@cchcnewport.org. The lots range in size from 16,602 sq. ft. to 37,510 sq. ft. and are all reasonably priced. These wooded lots are adjacent to the rental cottages, and Sandywoods homeowners will have access to all of the community's amenities and activities.
Although there are no current rental vacancies, eligible families and individuals are welcome to submit an application.
